Steps to choosing the right one for your home

1- Gathering ideas and setting a budget:

Determine the appropriate ideas for each room with the appropriate colors and shapes for your taste and the space of your home, because the space factor greatly controls the selection of the appropriate decoration style for you.

2- Ensure the design process:

When designing a specific place in your home, it must be used optimally, for example, the furniture must be distributed in the hall in a way that allows a sufficient number of family members to gather, and the chairs are facing each other in a way that allows all individuals to talk
That is, we must design a design that performs a specific purpose for each place in the house and that it covers all the needs for which it was done.

Conditions for successful design of a particular place:

to be practical
It should be according to the user’s taste
to be homogeneous

3- Ensuring the harmony and coherence of the design elements:

Every element (furniture – fabrics – floors – lighting) in the room must be in its right place and have a link with the other element.

4- Choosing the appropriate design method:

We must look for the quality of the design and the general atmosphere in which the place will be. Will it be a contemporary, traditional or formal design, etc. The following is a list of the most important models and methods of design,,

Modern design: Modern

It is a broad design term that usually refers to a home with clear lines, a simple color palette, and the use of materials that can include metal, glass, and steel. The modern design brings a sense of simplicity into every element, including the furniture. The word commonly used to describe modern style is elegant.

Contemporary design:

Modern and contemporary are two styles often used interchangeably. Contemporary is different from modern because it describes design based on the here and now. The main difference between modern and contemporary design style is that modern is a strict interpretation of design that began in the 20th century. Contemporary, on the other hand, is more flexible and can represent a feel of the coin with less commitment to a particular style. For example, contemporary style may include curved lines, while modern design does not.

minimum :

The simple concept is the common concept in Australia. It takes modern design concepts and simplifies them further. The color palettes are neutral and airy. The furnishings are simple and streamlined, and there is nothing excessive or shiny in the accessories or decor. Its minimalism is ultimately defined by the sense of functionality of each movement and very clear lines.

industrial designs:

Industrial style as the name suggests, draws inspiration from the warehouse or urban loft. There is a feeling of unfinished roughness in many of the elements, and it is not uncommon to see exposed brick, hollow ducts and wood. Think high ceilings, old wood, and pendant light fixtures with sparse, functional furniture. One or two pieces of abstract art or photography might add a splash of color to an otherwise neutral color scheme drawn from the primary materials of wood and metal.

mid century modern design

Mid-Century Modern is a throwback to the design style of the mid-20th century – primarily the 1950s and 1960s. There is retro nostalgia in mid-century modern design, as well as some minimalist elements. It was the function or main theme of mid-century design. It focuses on cut shapes, natural or organic shapes like the “egg-shaped” chair, contemporary designs that are easy to use and the ideas are simple.

Scandinavian designs:

Scandinavian design simply pays homage to the life described in the Nordic countries. Scandinavian furniture design often feels like a work of art, even though it is simple and understated. There are functions in the furniture along with some interesting fonts, many of which have a sculptural effect. Other common characteristics include all-white color palettes and the incorporation of natural elements such as shaped particleboard, glossy plastic, enamel aluminum, steel, and expansive wood floors. Extensive Scandinavian lighting, natural lighting, and functional fittings and furniture are a few in the space.

traditional designs:

The traditional design offers classic details, luxurious furnishings and an abundance of accessories. Rooted in European vibes, traditional homes often feature dark wood paneling, rich color palettes, and a variety of textures and curved lines. Furnishings contain decorative details and fabrics, such as velvet, silk, and brocade, which may include a variety of patterns and textures.

Transitional Design:

It is considered a very popular style because it borrows from both traditional and modern design to facilitate a space that is not “too much”, in terms of style or that. There is an attractive and unexpected sense of balance. Transitional design may include modern materials, such as steel and glass, and then unite them with luxurious furnishings. The transitional design also incorporates relatively neutral color palettes, creating a soothing and relaxing space that manages to feel elegant as well as warm and inviting.

french country design:

The warm and earthy colors are indicative of the French country design style, as are the worn and ornate wooden furniture. French Country design may include warm tones of red and yellow or gold and natural materials such as stone and brick. French Country design can include combinations of decorative ceramic bowls, heavy linens, and bedding.

It reflects a lifestyle with few rules, Bohemian homes may include antique furniture and lamps, inspired textiles and rugs from around the world, collection shows, and items found in widely varied sources including flea markets, it’s fashionable to discover floor cushions and cozy spaces For seating when incorporating bohemian style. This style could include a high-gloss chandelier paired with a sturdy rug and a mid-century chair. Within the bohemian style, anything goes wherever you like.

rustic design:

It has a vintage-inspired style, but compared to bohemian and other styles, it tends to be more feminine, soft and delicate.

Style furnishings are often either depressed or appear this way; The paint tends to have antique-style finishes. Shabby Chic color palettes include white, cream and pastel. The light fixtures and wall lamps are decorative and continue the feminine vibe of the shabby chic design.

Coastal Designs/Columns: Hamptons:

It hails from the famous American seaside area. Features include light, airy color palettes with cool neutral shades paired with blue and green. Upholstery is often white or beige. The room can have elements of wood and is often inspired by the sea. The blue-and-white schemes of the cushions, large windows, plush white sofas, and whitewashed wood are popular elements of the classic coastal/Hampton style.
